The Bureau distributes a calendar of events, which includes partner events, community activities and special Newport Beach area activities. This information is available to visitors, travel planners and the media via the Bureau's website.

The Bureau distributes several regular e-newsletters in order to attract potential clients to the Newport Beach area. Partners with newsworthy events and updates may have the opportunity to be featured in these electronic publications. The newsletters include:

The Bureau produces a press kit containing listings of Newport Beach press releases and resource information, which place a priority focus on our partner organizations. The Bureau also distributes a regular media E-newsletter which features partner updates and news.

Marketing Partnership Opportunities
As a partner you are eligible to participate in various cooperative sales and marketing ventures such as sharing a trade show booth, participating in a sales mission, or hosting a meeting planner familiarization trip or media visit.

Partner Brochure Distribution
Partners may display their company brochures, promotional materials and special event information at the NBCVB Visitor Information Center. Partners may also obtain other partner brochures by stopping by the NBCVB Visitor Information Center during regular business hours.

Visitor Inquiries
The Bureau responds to thousands of visitor requests each year. These requests are received by email, walk-in, telephone, and in response to the Bureau's consumer advertising campaign. Additionally, the Bureau services meeting planners, conference delegates, tour operators and travel agents requests. Official Bureau promotional materials, such as the Newport Beach Official Visitors Guide, are sent in response to each request. Additionally, based upon the nature of the request, customized materials, including partners' promotional materials may also be distributed.

Educational Seminars and Bureau Sponsored-Events
Our "Lunch and Learn" seminars feature educational and informative industry-related topics. The Bureau also holds other networking events such as the Annual Partnership Dinner and the Annual Holiday Celebration for partners and their guests.

Multimedia Gallery
The Bureau maintains an online photo and video gallery. We also distribute an area promotional video that is available to our partners. The Bureau encourages partners to submit electronic images and multimedia of their business for distribution to clients and media upon their requests.

Complimentary Conference Room Usage
Based on availability, your partnership privileges also allow you the complimentary use of our board room, complete with multimedia capabilities. The format is perfect for an intimate presentation or client meeting for 6-14 people. Some restrictions apply.

Partnership Networking Opportunities
The Bureau maximizes partner networking by inviting our partners to "Meet the Bureau" during regularly scheduled internal Bureau presentations. Partners are invited to introduce themselves to our staff and provide tips on the best way we can present your products and services to our visitors and clients.

The Bureau also hosts periodic networking events and cocktail receptions, designed to allow partners to maximize their opportunities to meet and network with other partners.
