FULL VENUE BUYOUT (180 seated)

The entire restaurant is available for buyout.  The perfect oceanfront location to host your lunch or dinner event.

PRIVATE WINE CELLAR WITH CELLAR PATIO (50 seated)

Beautiful VIP wine cellar surrounded with private wine lockers, mirrors, and crystal sconces.  Glass door takes you out to the Cellar Patio where you can take in the ocean air and watch the sunset.  Perfect for reception time before dinner.

LOWER SUNSET ROOM (60 seated)

Stunning full ocean view room with cozy black leather booths and tables.  This space can be combined with the Upper Sunset Room.

UPPER SUNSET ROOM (22 seated)

Balcony area 6 steps above the Lower Sunset Room.  Overlooking the main dining room with a partial view.

Alley West (56 seated)

Another gorgeous full ocean view space.  Classy old school supper club vibe with a long bar and lounge and black leather booths for dining.
