Celebrate Father’s Day weekend, June 14-16, at Fleming’s Fashion Island. Treat Dad to a three-course prix fixe dinner starring a 35 oz. Prime Tomahawk with choice of signature butter— bearnaise, smoked chile or herbed horseradish. Includes a Caesar salad or lobster bisque to start and fresh housemade key lime pie or just-baked carrot cake for dessert. Add a colossal North Atlantic lobster tail with drawn butter for $39 or a premium bourbon tasting experience of Maker’s Mark, Basil Hayden’s and Knob Creek for $20.

If Dad prefers breakfast, Fleming’s will open at 10 a.m. June 16. The three-course brunch includes a choice of signature eggs Benedict with sliced filet mignon and hollandaise, crab cake with tomato hollandaise, or surf & turf duo; 6 oz. filet mignon & spring vegetable quiche; barbecue Scottish salmon fillet; or filet & lobster. All entrées include a choice of starter (Caesar salad or lobster bisque), sides to share (lyonnaise potatoes and fresh-roasted asparagus) and choice of dessert (key lime pie or carrot cake). Add a special berry mimosa or butcher’s Bloody Mary cocktail. Children’s pre-fixe brunch and à la carte dinner menu available all day.
