Celebrate with family and friends at Lido House where Chef Partner Riley Huddleston has curated a prix-fixe menu inspired by the beautiful bounty and blooms of spring. Priced at $68 per guest, the three-course menu includes a selection of salads or a frittata to start, followed by entree selections, including Housemade Spring Pasta, Wild Halibut, or an Herb-roasted Rack of Lamb. Save room for dessert and indulge in Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with fresh berries and brown sugar whipped cream or an Avocado Chocolate Mousse with caramelized raspberry puree and a taste bud tantalizing popping candy.
