Embark on a journey through French wine country in Newport Beach! Moulin will continue its in-depth exploration of French wines, in the Burgundy region of France. Guests are invited to enjoy 6-8 French wines from Burgundy as they learn to identify unique nuances and flavor profiles. Our French wine experts will go beyond tasting notes, and dive deep into the growing region, touching on terroir and fermentation practices.
