Join Fleming’s on Friday, October 4 at 6:30 p.m. for a multi-sensory fully immersive dining experience. As guests enjoy a five-course created by chef Kevin Monahan, the surrounding room transforms into a visual journey up the Pacific coast. The California-inspired wine pairing begins with Alaskan octopus with Freemark Abbey Chardonnay Napa Valley, followed by smoked tomato soup with Goldeneye Pinot Noir Ten Degrees Anderson Valley. Next, striped bass with Robert Mondavi Fume Blanc To Kalon Vineyard Napa Valley and Wagyu ribeye medallion with DAOU Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles. End with fig upside-down cake with Dolce Napa Valley.
