Washington is one of North America’s most rapidly-growing wine regions, home to over 1000 wineries across 16 AVAs. An ideal climate with an abundance of sunlight make for outstanding growing conditions, and as awareness of these wines grows, so does their popularity.

On Wednesday, August 23 master sommelier Peter Neptune hosts a five-course dinner exploring some of Washington’s most delicious wines. Expertly paired with a menu showcasing late-summer produce, guests will delight in an evening of dining, education, and community.

Strawberry & Tomato Salad, Smoked Trout Roe, Sumac, Whipped Buttermilk
Paired with: Hedges CMS Sauvignon Blanc

Watermelon Treated Like Bresaola, Tuna Tartare
Paired with: Jaine Rose

Risotto Porcini, Plum & Red Wine jus
Paired with: Novelty Hill Syrah

Iberico Pork Loin, Fried Italian Sweet Peppers, Peperoni Cruschi, Toasted Yeast Pork Demi
Paired with: Januik Merlot Columbia Valley

Burnt Eggplant Ganache, Coffee Foam, Warm Malted Cake (trust us on this one)
Paired with: Blackboard Cabernet Sauvignon

Tickets are $140 per person, plus tax and 18.5% gratuity.
