Balboa eBike Rentals is a local owned and operated Newport Beach eBike rental shop right in the Balboa Fun Zone, across from Davey’s Locker and the Catalina Flyer. We rent brand new Macfox safe and easy-to-ride electric bikes for cruising the Newport Beach boardwalk, Balboa Peninsula, Lido Island, and all the local beach spots.
We’re not some giant corporate rental company. We’re locals that ride the boardwalk every day and love showing people the best way to experience Newport Beach on an eBike. Whether you wanna cruise the boardwalk, ride around Lido, down to The Wedge, grab food at bear flag, or just explore the peninsula, we’ll point you in the right direction or even cruise with you.

The Nice Guy’s aesthetic pays homage to a decadent era of Mafia bars and restaurants, where the owners and their friends can enjoy an evening together. Upon entry the vintage marble and brass bar greets you. Its size, scale and shape invite the guests to a unique social experience, encouraging conversation and camaraderie.
