Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort is opening their bay to visitors near and far with their 34th annual Lighting of the Bay on Friday, November 29, from 3-8 p.m. Shining bright into the holiday season, this exciting event will feature a full schedule of activities while signifying the start of the resort’s nightly bay lighting that will last through January 6, 2025. A truly magical sight, this hidden holiday gem has become one of the most beloved seasonal attractions in Orange County. Families travel from all over to witness the pristine, waveless bay illuminated at dusk each night with more than 50 electric Christmas trees and holiday decorations.
