Learn the gentle art of Tai Chi in the perfect tranquil Sherman garden setting. Local teacher Cynthia Bell Niermann will introduce you to this complete mind-body exercise for better health, flexibility, strength, and balance. This eight-week course will include Qigong stretches, breathing exercises, and short Tai Chi routines which provide enjoyable, effective stress relief. Cynthia’s approach is good for beginning  and continuing students;  as well as  popular with anyone wanting to improve balance, joint mobility and overall strengthening .

Cynthia Bell Niermann, M.A. is a certified Qigong Teacher who specializes in Wellness and Holistic Health Education.  She began teaching yoga and meditation in the 1970s.  Cynthia’s focus for the past fifteen-plus years has been Qigong, Tai Chi, and Expressive Arts.

Wear comfortable clothes, shoes, and a hat. All sessions are outdoors.

Dates: Tuesdays at 10:30 am on Sept 23, 30, Oct 7, 14, 21, 28.
