Crystal Cove Alliance and Crystal Cove State Park are joining forces for our 1st annual Art in the Park celebration, featuring our spring art show, Eye of the Cove!
Starting on the evening of March 31st guests can experience a special sneak peek of the art show during our artist reception. Get to know our talented artists and enjoy music, a hosted wine bar, and hors d’oeuvres. The reception begins at 5pm and is free for CCA members and open to the public for $10 per person. Make sure to RSVP early because this event will sell out quickly!
Eye of the Cove will be open to the public from 10am-4pm April 1st and 2nd in the Education Commons in Crystal Cove’s Historic District. Proceeds from all sales will support CCA’s mission of education, conservation, and preservation.
Along with the art show, on April 1st, Crystal Cove Alliance and Crystal Cove State Park will bring the community together to celebrate the beauty of all forms of art and nature. The day will be filled with workshops to spur your creativity with topics including watercolor, poetry, and sea glass wrapping with musical performances from the California State University Fullerton music ensemble and Laguna Beach High School jazz combo. We’re also excited to premier our latest exhibit in Cottage #46 focusing on the different mediums of art and how these artists are inspired by nature, and for many, specifically by the beauty of Crystal Cove State Park.
