The Balboa Island Holiday Home Walking Tour, presented by the Balboa Island Improvement Association, returns on Sunday, December 13^th, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It’s a great excuse to get together with friends and spend a day on the island. This year, six homes will open their doors for the tour. Each one has its own style, so you’ll see everything from traditional Christmas trees, and wreaths to creative holiday displays and festive tables. Take your time walking between homes and enjoy the decorated cottages and waterfront views along the way.

Tickets are $50.00 and are available November 2^nd at select Balboa Island shops, Crush Clothing and Sunny Days on Marine Avenue. Off-island tickets may be purchased at Bliss Home Design on Pacific Coast Highway in Corona del Mar, Seaside Gallery & Goods on Tustin Avenue in Newport Beach, and Where’s the Party on 17^th Street in Costa Mesa. Tickets may also be purchased online at biia.org and are available for pickup on the day of the event at the Balboa Island Fire Station, located at 124 Marine Avenue, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Guests are also encouraged to visit the shops along Marine and Agate Avenues for holiday shopping, refreshments, and seasonal treats. The Holiday Market will return to The Royal Hen on Marine Avenue from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
