Mix and match flavor such as 6 oz. New Zealand grass-fed Wagyu filet mignon; 7 oz. prime dry-aged ribeye (+$5); 6 oz. black label Wagyu NY strip (+$5); pan-seared diver scallops or Mexican white shrimp with spicy aji crema sauce. All steak selections are accompanied by bone marrow and roasted garlic. Includes a side dish choice of crispy Brussels sprouts & bacon; fresh roasted asparagus; creamed spinach; Fleming’s potatoes; North Atlantic lobster mac & cheese (+$7); roasted rainbow carrots; signature onion rings, among other Fleming’s favorites. The Chef’s Tasting Experience is available nightly.
