Balboa Bay Resort’s Father’s Day Champagne Brunch brings families to the bay for an expansive spread curated by Executive Chef Diego Bernal, paired with sparkling wine, mimosas, and waterfront views. Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Waffles anchor the Hot Breakfast station alongside Smoked Crispy Bacon and an Omelet Station with Seasonal Toppings. The Chef Station will serve specialties such as Rosemary Garlic Tomahawk carved to order with Loaded Baked Potato, Barbecued Pork Ribs and Crab Fried Rice. Guests can also enjoy a Fruits de Mer station with Oysters Two Ways and Chilled Shrimp, plus Sushi selections. For dessert, an array of sweets include a Dark Chocolate Bourbon Bread Pudding and a Peach Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream to end on a sweet note. View the full menu here.
