Our evening begins with an introduction to meditation and mindfulness, followed by a 45-minute guided sound bath meditation, and concludes with a closing ceremony designed to help you integrate and ground your journey. Nestled indoors in a warm and welcoming setting, you’ll be invited to relax by the gentle glow of the fire—creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind, release, and reconnect with yourself.

Note: We recommend wearing loose, warm, and cozy clothing, and bringing a blanket for comfort. For the best experience, use a cushion under your yoga mat or bring an extra-thick mat to keep you fully supported and relaxed.
