TOMATOMANIA! Celebrating fathers and tomatoes in the garden and in the kitchen. During hors d’oeuvres Scott Daigre wil share his knowledge and enthusiasm for heirloom tomatoes. Scott is an author, owner of Powerplant Garden Design and founder of TOMATOMANIA!, the largest and longest running California tomato sale and extravaganza.

Chef Pascal Olhats, culinary star of the evening, will infuse tomatoes throughout his four course gourmet meal. Though uses vary from region to region, it is a staple in almost every culinary tradition. Chef Pascal will share his traditional methods of preparing tomatoes during his tableside cooking demonstration.

$55 Friends of Sherman Library & Gardens/$65 non-members. A signature drink created for the evening is included during the hors d’oeuvres hour. Additional beverages, tip and tax not included.
