Diners will gather on CUCINA’s garden-inspired patio and enjoy the surprising tastes of this often overlooked spirit, with Lead Bartender Tucky Dias offering up five gin-centered cocktail concoctions to complement an inventive five-course menu. Guests can look forward to Chef Brent Omeste’s culinary delights such as Fanny Bay Oysters, Gin-Cured Salmon Crudo, and Lavender Honey Glazed Duck Breast. In addition to a savory dinner, guests will be infusing their own gin medleys to take home with the help of local gin experts dedicated to bringing this refined spirit back into the spotlight.
