Holiday Display at Sherman Gardens

Holiday Display at Sherman Gardens

For two nights only, Sherman Gardens will be illuminated with a thousand luminarias, holiday lights and festive decorations. On Friday, December 12, and Saturday, December 13, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, luminary bags will line the walkways guiding visitors from one magical experience to the next. The sounds of The Icicle Carolers will fill the air and coffee, hot chocolate, wine or champagne will warm the soul. There will also be children’s activities, and a special visitor from the North Pole will make surprise appearances throughout the night. Tickets are $5.00 for members of the Sherman Library & Gardens Friends program and $7.00 for non-members and children under 5 are free.

Starting December 6, the Gardens will be decorated for the holidays. They will remain decorated through January 4, for those wishing to visit during our regular hours, 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM daily.

Sherman Library & Gardens is a 2.2 acre horticultural and educational retreat. The Gardens provide a museum of living plants, displayed amidst a setting of immaculate gardens, patios and conservatories linked together by wide brick walkways, beds blooming with seasonal flowers and bubbling title fountains. The Library acquires, organizes and preserves materials pertaining to the history of the Pacific Southwest. Sherman Library & Gardens is located at 2647 East Coast Highway, in Corona del Mar.
