Celebrate John Wayne Day on May 26th, the anniversary of the legendary star’s birthday, with an exclusive event aboard his former yacht, The Wild Goose. Hear an intimate performance by Wayne’s grand daughter, Jennifer Wayne’s band, Runaway June. Enjoy appetizers and cocktails prepared with Duke Bourbon. Proceeds in large part will go to the John Wayne Cancer Foundation. There will be a meet and greet with Jennifer Wayne from Runaway June and Captain Bert Minshall, Wayne’s former Captain, with an opportunity to purchase an autographed book, “On Board With the Duke”. There will be informal tours of Wild Goose and the Wayne Family staterooms as well as photographs with the wax figure of John Wayne on loan from Madame Tussaud’s of Hollywood.
