Kick off 2025 at SET, where NYE is anything but ordinary. Start with à la carte from 5-7 pm, then settle in for our $195 pre-fixe experience until midnight. With a live DJ, champagne tower, and entertainment that keeps the energy high, this is the spot to celebrate and savor every second. Tables are going fast—lock yours in and let’s ring in the new year together!

5:00-7:00 pm will be serving our normal a-la-carte menu. From 7:00-12:00, will be a $195 pre-fixe menu. There will be activations such as a photo wall with strips to take home, a DJ, entertainment, ball drop, champagne toast, etc.

  • TUNA TOSTADA: shiso, shallot, ponzu aioli, caviar
  • KING SALMON NIGIRI FLIGHT: brown butter, sweet soy, crunchy garlic, chive
  • WAGYU TARTARE: winter truffle, brioche, wagyu beef fat aioli
  • KOHLRABI & WINTER FRUIT CARPACCIO: pinenut, ricotta salata, champagne dressing
