Jack Skellington and Sally have taken over the North Pole, and your children get to help save Christmas.

For the first time in seven seasons, we’re opening our immersive North Pole for Halloween. Families step into a beautifully detailed storybook world and travel through a live theatrical adventure together, with hidden doors, Sally’s bubbling laboratory and live singing, Jack’s surprise appearance, and Zero waiting in the reindeer barn.

The best part? The children become the heroes. Their joy brings Christmas magic back to life, helping Jack and Sally create toys and gifts for all.

This is a Halloween outing little ones could love too: playful, wonderfully atmospheric and never scary, with plenty for grown-ups to enjoy right beside them.

For only 6 spooky nights this October, Jack the Pumpkin King, Zero and Sally are taking over Once Upon a Christmas!

Step inside our immersive, spooky-not-scary Halloween experience inside Once Upon A Christmas created for children and families. Each group will journey through the transformed Christmas shop, where they will:

Meet Zero, who has taken over the reindeer stable
Travel through the magical wardrobe into the toy room
Interact with a Sally as she sings and tries to bring her toys to life
Enjoy tricks, treats, laughter, and surprises along the way
Meet the Pumpkin King himself for a jolly one-on-one visit and photo opportunity

This is a lighthearted, wholesome Halloween experience with no scares, gore, or haunted-house elements. Children will learn that in THEIR hearts holds the only real magic – not in potions or spells but in the true joy of their very own hearts is where Christmas magic is born.

Tickets are extremely limited. Tours are per guest, not private groups.

Tickets: Starting $39.99 per guest, prices tier up closer to Halloween

Children ages 12 and older may attend without an adult. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Every guest needs a ticket. Under 1 may accompany with a parent.

Tours begin promptly at the reserved time. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or rescheduled. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
