Shape-Up at Sherman Gardens Summer Slimming Series “Happy Hour ABs & Booty” Class

Sherman Library & Gardens presents Shape-Up Sherman Gardens Summer Slimming Series on Mondays, July 10 through Aug. 28, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Returning for its fifth year; this popular “Happy Hour Abs & Booty” class is hosted and taught by Shape-Up Health Club certified instructors. It welcomes women and men of all ages and stages. After class, enjoy strolling in the beautiful gardens and spirited social time featuring freshly squeezed juices provided by Sejuiced, beverages, and tasty bites prepared by Chef Michael of Vivante.
