Weekly outdoor Ab and Booty classes will take place in the Central Garden on Mondays followed by “Happy Hour” social time sponsored by Sejuiced. Classes are for all ages and taught by Shape-Up Health Club certified instructors. Please bring your own mat, towel, and water. Pre-registration required.

Mondays: July 19 thru September 30 @ 6-7 pm
