This class will take place inside our lush tropical conservatory. Whether this is your first hot yoga experience or you are a seasoned hot yoga student, you will love this unique location. Starting with breathing and gentle stretching, we will slowly move into more challenging poses. You will build strength and balance in the same hot, humid and sweetly scented environment enjoyed by our orchids, bromeliads, koi fish, and turtles. Bring a mat, a small towel, and plenty of water.
