Introducing Balboa Bay Resort’s “Kitchen and Bar Chef Dinner Series.” Launching this March, you are invited to enjoy an intimate dining experience with waterfront views, spring flavors and perfect pairings at Waterline Newport Beach.

Chef de Cuisine Josh Shapiro, Pastry Chef Saree Musick and the Resort’s culinary and beverage teams have created a six-course tasting menu featuring the season’s brightest ingredients, alongside expertly crafted cocktails and wine pours.

From rhubarb and artichokes to spring peas and fiddleheads, our culinary and beverage experts will guide you on a journey of spring’s brightest and best flavors.

Throughout the evening, Chef Josh will also share how he planned each dish, along with Beverage Director Ben Carpenter and Waterline General Manager Gordon Fischmann, who will highlight how each course crafted their cocktail recipes and hand-picked wine pours.

The series continues throughout the year, with upcoming dates in June and September.
