Join Dana Conley this summer to learn how to slow down and be more present in your life; to enjoy each moment a little bit more; to realize the beauty all around you. Each summer meditation session will focus on a different theme all using simple meditation practices. Space is limited. Bring a yoga mat or blanket if you prefer.
