If you’re a boat owner, get creative and decorate your vessel for a chance to win awards like “Best Decorated,” “Best Theme” and “Best Music.” Prefer to be a spectator? Grab a spot on the sand and enjoy the parade as the fleet sails by, starting at 1 p.m. It’s the perfect way to celebrate Independence Day with family and friends!
