STAY

Adjacent to the Upper Newport Bay Nature Reserve sits the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach—a coastal retreat with lush grounds, three pools, outdoor fire pits and an abundance of family-friendly activities. The expansive property is set on 26 acres in the heart of Newport Beach, offering access to some of the best shopping, dining and entertainment the city has to offer. Whether you’re playing a competitive game of shuffleboard, table tennis or volleyball on-property or heading to Fashion Island for some retail therapy and a bite, you and your crew are sure to love this hotel and its prime location! The best part? You can bike nearly anywhere! Two-hour rentals are included in your resort fee with half-day, and daily rentals available too.

Kickstart your day with some tee time at the on-site executive golf course, which boasts nine challenging holes and 600+ yards of breathtaking scenery. Kids can even participate and practice their putt through the Tiny Tees Golf program, which offers lessons for children between the ages of 3 and 11! And while the golf enthusiasts practice their swing, the sun-seekers can catch some rays at one of the property’s three sparkling pools. Adults can kick back at the “Indulge” pool or enjoy a moment of peace and quiet at the “Serenity” pool while the kids zoom down the winding waterslide at the “Oasis” pool.
