Easter Brunch in The Great Room
- 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  - The ideal brunch for a family celebration on Easter Sunday, the Great Room Buffet features an abundant array of seasonal specialties items like Snake River Farms pork loin and grilled asparagus with lemon and prosciutto and classic dishes like pancakes and omelets. Beautiful displays of charcuterie, salads, and even a display of homemade infused butters ensure every guest is delighted. A live pianist adds a lovely note to the experience.
  - Younger guests will enjoy a face painter and balloon artist between the hours of 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
All-Day Easter Brunch
- 11 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  - Live Music: Strolling Violinist A sophisticated take on Easter Day dining, the Pelican Hill brunch features elevated stations of pristine seafood, a caviar trolley and poke bar to complement an array of breakfast favorites, fresh salads, artisanal breads, and charcuterie. Signature dishes like harissa-rubbed leg of lamb and beef tenderloin are not to be missed. Guests will enjoy a strolling violinist in the middle of the day.
Early Easter Brunch
- 7:30 a.m. – 2p.m.
  - Enjoy Easter at your leisure at Coliseum Pool & Grill. A fresh bakery display, omelet bar, and grazing table complement a la carte items from the menu including Caprese Avocado Toast, Brûléed Oats, Classic Eggs Benedict, and Buttermilk Pancakes.
Easter Egg Hunt
- 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.
  - All Resort and Brunch guests are invited to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt on the Event Lawn at 1 p.m. Guests will be provided with an Easter basket and wristband. A bunny petting zoo adjacent to the Event Lawn will be available for Resort and Brunch guests from 12 – 2 p.m.
