A Restaurant welcomes guests to celebrate Cinco de Mayo weekend with a special limited menu of signature dishes inspired by Mexico using the finest locally sourced ingredients, courtesy of Corporate Executive Chef, Jonathan Blackford. The menu highlights include Lobster and Chorizo Sopa, Rabbit Tamale Verde, Lamb Shank Barbacoa and Pork Rib Colorado.
