CUCINA enoteca is busy preparing for the time-honored Italian-American holiday tradition of Feast of the Seven Fishes. Putting their unique spin on the classic, the restaurants will offer a seven-item antipasti platter of fresh seafood nightly from December 18-24. Priced at $32 and intended to share with 2-4 guests, the platter includes: 1.baked mussel + nduja + fennel; 2. salt cod fritter + potato + aioli; 3. white anchovy skewer + castelvetrano olive; 4. tuna conserva + olive oil + garlic + thyme; 5. salmon crudo + white wine + citrus zest + dill; 6. octopus + ceci bean + celery + piquillo pepper; 7. calamari scapeche + tomato + saffron.
