Red Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs with a Spring Vegetable Terrine and Port Wine reduction. Served with three Organic Eggs any style, Potato Pancake and Artisan Bread.

Maine Lobster Linguini Pasta
Pan Roasted Maine Lobster Tail, Tarragon Béchamel Sauce, Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, Sweet Basil and Garlic Bread Chips.
Surf and Turf
Two toasted English Muffins: one topped with Crab and Shrimp Cake, a Poached Organic Egg, and Fines herb Hollandaise, the other with Sautéed Baby Spinach, Roasted Prime Rib and a
Au Poivre Sauce. Served with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes.

Blue Crab Omelet

Dulce de Leche Pancake Stack
