Palmilla Cocina y Tequila is Orange County’s newest culinary and late-night gathering hotspot. From the team behind Michelin Guide–recognized Esperanza in Manhattan Beach, Baja Sharkeez Restaurant Group, and headed by longtime managing partner Fabius Rizk, Palmilla will feature a Sonoran and Baja-inspired menu created by corporate chef Ray Alvarez. Head mixologists, John Fox and Kevin Williams, curated the colorful craft cocktail program backed by an expansive tequila and mezcal selection. Tapping the talents of globally recognized, award-winning architect Gulla Jónsdóttir, Palmilla’s tropical, sunset hued ambiance will transport locals and visitors to the coasts of Cabo San Lucas.
