Celebrate Mother’s Day with spectacular views of the sweeping ocean at Newport Beach’s 21 Oceanfront. Treat your mom to a fabulous Mother’s Day brunch against the backdrop of sweeping ocean views and incredible sunsets. Indulge in a 3-course Mother’s Day brunch between 10am and 2pm beginning with freshly baked sourdough rolls and your choice of House Champagne or a Mimosa. Enjoy fresh fruit and an array of appetizers such as Bay Shrimp Louie, Salmon Tartare or the Classic Lobster Bisque laced with Sherry. For your main course, the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict, Steak Frites or Thick Cut French Toast are sure to please. The 3-course brunch menu is priced at $75/adult $25/child (tax and gratuity excluded).

The Bungalow

The Bungalow in Corona del Mar is featuring a two-course Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch for $30. Included are assorted fresh baked muffins and a choice of first course selections including Lobster Bisque and Heirloom Tomato Salad. Indulge in entrées such as Eggs Benedict, Grilled King Salmon, and Grilled Vegetable Tart. If you’re going all out, the restaurant is offering Roast Prime Rib of Beef and New York Strip Steak & Eggs for a supplement of only $5. Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys are $10 each.

CUCINA enoteca

CUCINA enoteca at Fashion Island has a menu to make your mom feel like a star. Reserve a table on CUCINA enoteca’s patio and treat your mom to this kitchen’s Californian-Italian take on brunch classics with options the whole family can enjoy. Choose from a menu of specials including the One Pound Ricotta Pancake, Croissant Sandwich or Brunch Pizza. The unlimited walk-up brunch antipasti bar will be stocked with fresh pastas, charcuterie, and house-made pastries. The regular dinner menu will also be available. Brunch Entree Specials range between $14 and $22 with endless visits to the Brunch Antipasti Bar. Brunch is offered from 11am to 2:30pm.

Citrus at The Duke Hotel Newport Beach

This Mother’s Day Weekend The Duke Hotel Newport Beach (formerly The Fairmont) will be offering a special Hotel Package for a three-night stay Thursday, May 11 through Sunday, May 14 priced at $350 (with $139 per additional night). The hotel package includes: complimentary valet parking, welcome amenity for two people, Mother’s Day brunch at Citrus for two people, as well as a $50 gift card redeemable at The Spa Santé and Salon located at the hotel. The Mother’s Day Brunch will be offered from 10am to 2pm on Sunday, May 14 and is priced at $59 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The special brunch menu includes a complimentary glass of Champagne or mimosa and choices include: Breakfast Station featuring Raspberry and Lemon Mascarpone-Stuffed French Toast, Butcher Board with Sliced Cured Meats, and California Cheese Selection among other delights, Prawn Cocktail, Shucked Oysters, Crab Claws, a Pasta Station, Slow Braised Beef Short Rib, Chicken Saltimbocca and much, much more.

Five Crowns

Want to treat the women in your life like queens for the day? Then look no further than Five Crowns where they have created special brunch and dinner menus created exclusively for Mother’s Day, courtesy of Executive Chef Anthony Endy. Mother’s Day brunch offers a robust selection of starters including the Pride of the Crowns salad, Crab and Avocado Mash and a Lobster Bisque. For entrées, choose Whole Wheat Granola Pancakes, a Grilled Mahi Quinoa Salad or Eggs Florentine.

If you choose to celebrate during dinner instead, the choices begin with Tuscan Caesar salad, Potato Leek Soup or Shrimp Cocktail. Moving on, the Lobster Tail, Seared Icelandic Salmon, Colorado Lamb Chops, Beef Steak Neptune and a Shrimp, Mushroom and Artichoke Risotto are all offered for main courses. Rounding out the meal, indulge in C.C. Brown’s Hot Fudge Sundae and English Trifle.

Brunch is served from 11am to 4pm and Dinner from 4pm to 8pm

Gratitude Newport Beach

Gratitude, the upscale vegetarian dining spot off Westcliff Drive, is offering all moms who dine with them on Mother’s Day a complimentary dessert off the restaurant’s menu selection. There’s Key Lime Pie, a beautiful pecan lucuma date crust filled with creamy avocado and lime custard, and topped with a coconut meringue. Or alternatively, the Fresh Fruit Cobbler is also delightful, featuring seasonal fruit fillings, and served with a scoop of vanilla bean coconut cashew ice cream.

Oak Grill

Treat the ladies in your life to Sunday brunch on the sun-filled outdoor deck at Oak Grill. This Mother’s Day, Chef Peter will be serving up a delicious brunch for the whole family. Enjoy live-action stations featuring Build-Your-Own omelettes and “On the Water” selections including an Oyster Bar, Fresh Crab Legs and Ceviche, and the Farmer’s Market serving up Mediterranean Pasta Salad, Artisan Cheeses and Charcuterie. The Chef’s Carving Corner will have Filet of Beef, Herb-Roasted Chicken, Prime Rib, Whole Baked Salmon and Lake Superior White Fish. The little ones may enjoy selections such as Chicken Tenders, Hot Dogs and Quesadillas. For the whole family, the Sweet Tooth station tempts with house-made Beignets, and an assortment of mini desserts, such as Pink Champagne Cupcakes, Deep Dark Chocolate Tarts and more. And moms will love bottomless mimosas to top off a great Mother’s Day.

Buffet pricing is $90 per adult and $25 per child, ages 5 to 12. Children 4 years and under eat free. Pricing excludes tax and gratuity. From 10:30am to 3:30pm.

Roy’s

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a 3-course brunch starting at $36 (excludes cocktails, tax and gratuity) starting at 9am. The Fashion Island restaurant will be serving enticing selections from its menu including the aromatic Thai-inspired Lobster Bisque, Lobster & Shrimp Omelette, or Roy’s Benedict – featuring Filet Mignon or Crab Cakes – or the ever popular Misoyaki Butterfish. Every diner will receive a choice of appetizer and Roy’s delicious Hawaiian Malasadas with a trio of dipping sauces. A children’s menu will also be available for $13. Plus, as a special thank you to all moms, each table receives a $20 Dining Card good for a future visit.

Royal Hen

Chef Tim Goodell’s Balboa Island restaurant is offering Mother’s Day Brunch for $35/person. Included is a choice of beverage, small plate, and large plate. Choose from an array of drinks such as Horchata Milk Punch, Bellini or Mimosa, then a small plate from more than 10 choices including Crispy Pork Rinds, Burrata, Gnudi, or Lamb Meatballs to name a few. Entrées are a feast for sore eyes with both sweet and savory offerings. Try Steak Frites with chimichurri, Duck Confit Hash, or Royal Burger as your main course. If you’re hankering for something sweet, there are four desserts to choose from for an additional cost.

Taco Rosa

Taco Rosa will offer a Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet with free bottomless champagne from 8am until 3pm. One of the last grand brunch buffets in Orange County, Taco Rosa offers an elaborate brunch with stations offering made-to-order omelettes and burritos, an extensive salad bar, made-to-order pancakes and waffles, and a dessert station featuring pan dulces, churros con chocolate, and a triple-tiered chocolate fountain. The Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet will also offer breakfast specials from their menu of authentic Mexico City cuisine including Asada con Huevos, Machaca, & Huevos Rancheros. Priced at $27 for adults and $12 for children 10 and under.

During dinner, Taco Rosa will offer a celebratory 4-course menu for $30.

True Food Kitchen

Although True Food Kitchen will be featuring its regular brunch menu on Mother’s Day, the restaurant has created a special cocktail, appropriately named The Matriarch ($9), especially concocted for your mom in mind. The Matriarch features a blend of organic vodka, lavender simple syrup and lemon. Each Mom will also receive a special Mother’s Day gift (lavender seed packet with Matriarch recipe on the back) to be presented with the guest check as a gift from True Food Kitchen.

The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar

Chef Yvon Goetz welcomes all moms to The Winery this Mother’s Day with a 3-Course Brunch priced at $54.95/person. Start with a vibrant salad, or Roasted Tomato-Basil Bisque Mini Brie Cheese Sandwich & Chive Chantilly, Chef Yvon’s take on the classic tomato soup and grilled cheese.  There is no shortage of choices when it comes time for entrées. Seafood lovers will find King Salmon, Mahi Mahi and a Wild White Shrimp & Lump Crab Spring Organic Vegetable Risotto to their liking. Meat lovers may indulge in Braised Shortribs Hash & Fried Eggs. End the meal with a selection of petit fours created by The Winery’s Pastry Chef.
