Launched in 2025, this seasonal community event brings businesses along PCH together for an evening filled with live music, food and drinks, family-friendly activities, giveaways, pop-ups and special promotions. More than 70 local businesses are getting in on the fun, with everything from carnival games and pet-friendly activities to live entertainment, sweet treats and raffles happening throughout the village. The event runs from 5-8 p.m. and is free to attend—simply make your way along PCH and see what’s happening along the way.

Newport Beach Volleyball (4-Man) Invitational

The action heats up at Blackie’s Beach Oct. 17-18, as the Newport Beach Volleyball Invitational returns for two days of high-level competition by the coast. Just steps from the Newport Beach Pier, Olympians, AVP standouts and beach volleyball favorites will team up in men’s and women’s four-person matchups, competing for a $200,000 prize purse. Fans can catch the action from the sand with free admission or upgrade to reserved and VIP seating for a closer view of the competition.
50th Annual Fall Faire & Pumpkin Patch

Fall festivities are in full swing at the Environmental Nature Center on Oct. 18 for the 50th Annual Fall Faire & Pumpkin Patch. Halloween fun takes over Mariners Park on Oct. 24 for the 9th Annual Halloween Spooktacular. Families can spend the afternoon trunk-or-treating, making their way through a haunted maze, playing carnival games and decorating pumpkins, with bounce houses, music and food trucks adding to the festivities. Costumes are highly encouraged, with contests for everything from the spookiest and funniest looks to the best duos, families and four-legged friends. Best of all, the community event is free to attend.
Chefsgiving at The Pendry

Come hungry for a good cause at Pendry Newport Beach’s fourth annual Chefsgiving on Nov. 13. The Grand Ballroom will bring together an impressive lineup of Orange County chefs, each serving their own Thanksgiving-inspired small plates from interactive chef stations. Guests can make their way around the room while enjoying wine and live entertainment, with dishes from culinary talent representing local favorites like The Resort at Pelican Hill, Balboa Bay Resort, Lido House and Montage Laguna Beach. Fire & Lights Festival

Kick off the holiday season along the Back Bay as the Fire & Lights Festival returns to Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort & Marina beginning Nov. 27. Each night at dusk, more than 50 illuminated holiday displays transform the calm bay into a waterfront winter wonderland, while Thursday through Sunday evenings bring even more festivities with fire dancers, Santa visits, fire pits, inflatables, a toboggan tunnel and seasonal treats. Guests can also stop by Santa’s Garden to shop for fresh Christmas trees, wreaths and garlands. Festival entry is free, with select activities and parking available for an additional cost.
