The 2024 Hoag Classic is here! The week of March 20-24, the biggest names in golf will tee off at the beautiful Newport Beach Country Club—an event you won’t want to miss! As one of the most prestigious events on the PGA Tour Champions, the atmosphere is sure to be electric, with fans cheering on their favorite players and enjoying the camaraderie of fellow golf enthusiasts. In addition to the on-course action, there will be ample opportunities to sample local food and drink, shop for golf merchandise and soak up the SoCal sunshine. Whether you’re a die-hard golf fan or just looking for a fun day out, the 2024 Hoag Classic is a must-do this March.
International Women’s Day
March 8 is International Women’s Day when woman worldwide are recognized for their social, cultural, economic and political achievements. And this year, we encourage you not only to show the women in your life some love but also support Newport Beach’s women-owned business! Dawn your best green ensemble and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at one of Newport Beach’s Irish pubs! Each year, our city hosts the annual Luck of the Irish St Paddy’s Pub Crawl, where pubcrawlers dress up and get their drink on at bars like Baja Sharkeez, Malarky’s Irish Pub, Stag Bar & Kitchen and more.
