It’s All Fun and Games! Inaugural Balboa Island Carnival & Taste of the Island
On Sunday, Sept. 24, the inaugural Balboa Island Carnival & Taste of the Island ushers in the first fall weekend of the season. Fun for the entire family, activities will include carnival games and rides, dunk tank, bungee jump, pie-eating contest, food stations, fashion show, raffles, beer and wine garden, and much more.
In a destination such as Newport Beach where first thoughts often turn to the area’s more tony territories that include luxury shopping, fine dining, and fast cars, Balboa Island sits in contrast as a quaint coastal community with a main street aura complete with nautical-themed shops and boutiques, and neighborhood restaurant and eateries. The Balboa Island Carnival & Taste of the Island will be a celebration of the charming beach community.
