An Unmatched Experience

The Newport Beach Jazz Festival Is Back This June!

Calling all jazz enthusiasts, foodies and beachgoers! The eagerly anticipated Newport Beach Jazz Festival is back June 2-4, bringing soulful melodies and captivating performances to the picturesque shores of Newport Beach. Set against the backdrop of swaying palm trees and the sparkling Pacific, the Newport Beach Jazz Festival 2023 promises to be a grand celebration of the genre’s rich history and contemporary brilliance. Gear up for a weekend of live music as renowned artists step into the spotlight and do what they do best. Here are four reasons to snag tickets to this three-day event.

The Venue

Just like past years, this year’s festival will take place at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach, which sits adjacent to the beautiful Upper Newport Bay Nature Reserve, or as locals call it, “The Back Bay.” The Back Bay Amphitheater will host Friday’s festivities, and with the intimate size of this venue, fans can get up close and personal with their favorite musicians. On Saturday and Sunday, the festival will move down to the golf course, which will feature two stages of music, a vendor village, an international food court and breathtaking views of The Back Bay. The beachfront location of the Newport Beach Jazz Festival offers the perfect fusion of natural beauty and soul-stirring music.

An Electrifying Lineup

The impressive lineup of performers gracing the stages at the Newport Beach Jazz Festival 2023 is enough to get anyone on their feet. Renowned jazz artists from around the world and never-before-seen acts are set to perform on all three days. Expect to see live performances from internationally renowned R&B singer/songwriter KEM, American saxophonist Boney James, sophisticated vocalist Chanté Moore and others! With a diverse range of styles and influences, the festival celebrates the evolving nature of jazz, showcasing both established names and emerging talents.

Beyond the Music

While the music remains the focal point, the Newport Beach Jazz Festival is also a celebration of community and shared experiences. Alongside the live performances, the festival offers an array of activities and experiences for people of all ages. Explore the vibrant vendor village, where you can shop for art and apparel and indulge in tasty bites from food vendors. And when you have time between sets, be sure to stop by the Subaru Back Yard, where you can cool off in the shade, play mini golf and corn hole and visit the Back Bay Conservancy’s booth.

Make It a Vacation!

Turn your festival weekend into a luxury Newport Beach getaway! The Hyatt Regency Newport Beach is a coastal retreat with three pools, outdoor fire pits, lush grounds and three on-site eateries. The expansive property is set on 26 beautiful acres in the heart of Newport Beach, offering access to some of the best dining, shopping and entertainment the city has to offer. Playing a competitive game of shuffleboard, table tennis or volleyball on-property or head to Fashion Island for some summer shopping and a bite. You and your crew are sure to love this hotel and its prime location.
