An Unmatched Experience

Muldoon’s Dublin Dip

Muldoon’s Irish Pub most popular sandwich in the Fall and Winter is Jimmy’s Dublin Dip. Created by Muldoon’s Executive Chef Sindi Rae, this no nonsense sandwich features the highest quality mid-west corn-fed beef, trimmed extra lean.

Recipe:

Begin with a high quality whole New York Strip (around 12 lbs), trim fat, gently rub sea salt and black pepper on all sides, roast at 325 degrees (10 min per lb) for medium rare. Allow 5 min to rest, slice and serve on freshly baked French rolls, spread with creamed horseradish. Serve with au jus for dipping and hand cut fresh Kennebec potato chips. Enjoy!
