The Alley Restaurant & Bar
The line between casual fine dining and the relaxed bar environment can be found at The Alley, a local watering hole for over 25 years. Upholding their New Year’s Eve Party tradition, The Alley will be offering a prix fixe menu that will include their famed grass fed Prime Rib at a sizeable 14 oz cut, King Crab Legs with rosemary butter, and Chicken Cordon Bleu. Pelican Grill
Known for its coastal Californian fare, Pelican Grill will be offering an exclusive four-course prix fixe menu. $155 per adult will get you a reservation for their 5 P.M. to 10 P.M. seating, but if a wine pairing is calling your name the added indulgence is only $25 more (ticket price excludes tax and service charge.) After dinner make your way to the Lounge for dancing with live music from 9 P.M. to 12:30 A.M. Keep in mind the Lounge will also be serving up an exclusive holiday menu for the evening. Also on that menu, a midnight balloon drop with a complimentary glass Prosecco for attendees.

Great Room Social Lounge
If an extravagantly coursed meal is not what you have in mind for your New Year’s festivities, make your way to Pelican Hill’s The Great Room Social Lounge. Small bites will be available as you sip on speciality cocktails and listen to tunes by live DJ’s from 6 P.M. to midnight. When the clock strikes 12, be sure to look up for the balloon drop and don’t forget the complimentary Prosecco toast. Cover charge is $35 per adult, complimentary for resort guests!

This Newport favorite is dressed to the nines with lovely holiday decor, ready to host another fabulous New Year’s Eve soiree with two seatings available. Seating One goes from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. for $75 per person, with a 3 course menu to choose from over 15 exclusive options. Seating Two will go from 8:30 P.M. to 10:30 P.M. for $145 per person, and will include four courses, party favors, and a complimentary champagne toast! With so much to choose from, the seared Filet Mignon with mushroom bordelaise, truffle potatoes, and eggplant ratatouille definitely takes the cake. Which reminds us! Don’t forget the Mango Pistachio Cheesecake, a perfect way to send another year off in true Newport Beach style.

It’s not too late to get creative this year and share your New Year’s Eve with the Orange Coast Winery family. Debbie and Doug, owners of the Newport superior wine establishment, look forward to hosting your group this year with two complimentary drinks from their selection of house wines or craft beers from Temecula to sip as guests listen to live music and enjoy tray-passed hor d’oeuvres, a cheese and charcuterie table, and a dessert with coffee pairing. Enjoy Fig & Olive’s French Riviera cuisine this New Year’s Eve with your choice between two seatings. Seating One will offer an a la carte menu from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M., and it’s a kid-friendly affair at that for families to celebrate an evening out together! Seating Two tickets are $100 per person, and include a four-course sit down dinner with prix fixe menu from 8 P.M. to 10 P.M., and will include live music, standing cocktail reception, and a complimentary champagne toast.

After another fantastic evening at a Mastro’s establishment, a wise man once said “If you’re gonna do it up, do it here.” Mastro’s Ocean Club’s premium ocean view is just the start to celebrating this New Year’s Eve with flair and extravagance. A First Seating will be offered from 5 P.M. to 6 P.M. for their standard menu, but if you’re looking to up the ante, opt for the Second Seating.
