Newport Beach Fall Menus

Watermelons, stone fruit and tomatoes are fading out and fall produce like pumpkins, apples and squash are plentiful at grocery stores, farmers markets and at Newport Beach restaurants where seasonal dishes are always on the menu. We’ve rounded up the restaurants that are offering special fall items so you can start taking a bite out of the new season.

True Food Kitchen

Cozy up to True Food Kitchen’s fall/winter menu that tastes good and is also good for you! New seasonal items include creamy Butternut Squash Soup, Lasagna Bolognese, Spaghetti Squash Casserole and their Seasonal Ingredient Salad with butternut squash, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, toasted mulberry and pomegranate.

Tavern House

Tavern House understands that cooler weather also brings appetites that crave comfort food. Try some of Chef David Wilhem’s fall favorites such as Chicken & Dumplings, Pot Pie, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Shepherd’s Pie and Osso Bucco to name a few. Their new seasonal menu also features Spicy Turkey Chili, Grilled Pastrami Reuben and newly added Day Boat Scallops with Crispy Prosciutto, Corn Polenta and Sage Brown Butter!

Lido Bottle Works

Known for their hyper-seasonal cuisine, Lido Bottle Works has already launched their fall menu with items like the Seasonal Vegetable Salad with pistachio butter and gooseberries and their Curried Beef Meatballs with Chinese sausage and mint yogurt. For cozy entrees, try their Filet Beef Stroganoff or their Duck Breast with gooseberries, corn succotash and cherry demi.

Olea

Quality is unparalleled when dining at Olea this season. Order their mouthwatering House Made English Pea Agnolotti, Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Kurobuta Pork Belly and Seasonal Fruit Cobbler with Oatmeal Crumble. Only available on Monday nights, stop by to try their Wild Alaskan King Crab Legs!

The Winery

Take a walk on the wild side with Chef YG’s featured nightly fall special of fresh wild game or fowl this fall. Each night the menu can feature organic New Zealand venison, elk, all-natural buffalo, Louisiana alligator, rabbit, pheasant, quail, squab or patridge. Not feeling so adventurous? Try their Maple Leaf Farm Duck Breast with citrus marinade, manchego-chive gnocchi, wilted greens and orange balsamic essence.
