Spreading Holiday Cheer with these Newport Beach Cocktails
Pop! Fizzle! Clink! The holidays are here and that means it’s time to get festive and toast to friends, family and fun! Of course, we’ve rounded up some of the must-sip holiday cocktails in and around Newport Beach to get your spirits bright and leave you feeling warm, cozy and full of holiday spirit!
What’s more holiday than a cocktail named after Mr. Kris Kringle AKA Santa Claus? We really couldn’t think of one either and Olea is totally in the spirit with their take on a gin and tonic in holiday form called the Cran Kringle cocktail. This festive cocktail features Hendrick’s gin, cucumber, yuzu, tonic, sage, and homemade cranberry preserves. Refreshing AND in the holiday spirit? Sign us up!
Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer? Honestly, we can’t either, but Blitzen is one we do remember because as we got older we just wanted to get blitzed. Just us? Anyway, SideDoor is celebrating Santa’s reindeer with the Blitzen’s Regret. The name is a little deceiving but we promise you won’t regret this cheery cocktail with Hendrick’s gin, fresh lemon, luxardo and topped off with cherries, mint and nutmeg. Mmmm…so much holiday spirit in one cup!
Whether you’re team eggnog or not, it’s a holiday staple and Bayside is creating their own version of a good, boozy nog. To help make your spirits bright, this cocktail is concocted with dark rum, demerara syrup, their very own Bayside nog, and then shaken, iced and poured. Now all we need is a warm fireplace and festive PJs to make this holiday drink complete!
We love holiday cheer and we especially love when it’s being spread around loud and clear for all to hear! Mastro’s Ocean Club is on the holiday cheer bandwagon with their, you guessed it, Holiday Cheer cocktail featuring a combination of Irish cream, Kahlua, Licor 43, and vodka creating a warm and cozy concoction that will most definitely put you in the holiday spirit!
Prepared to get beary warm with this holiday drink full of cheer! Bosscat is serving their Noble Oak Bourbon Eggnog made with bacon washed Noble Oak bourbon, eggnog and maple syrup served in a really cute bear shaped glass to get you all warm, toasty and beary excited for the holidays!
